Helpful ACA Chart on HRAs, FSAs, Cafeteria Plans, and EAPs

Groom Law Group released a memo on October 18, 2013 summarizing the September Treasury Notice regarding Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), cafeteria plans, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). The notice makes clear what type of arrangements are legally permissible under ACA and which ones are not.
