In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, some benefit changes have been made to provide some relief to employee benefit plans, plan participants, and plan services providers.

These changes affect group health plans, cafeteria plans, HRAs, FSAs, COBRA, and FMLA. Download the chart to see the changes, when they go into effect, and whether they are mandatory or permissible.
