The interim final rule states: - Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurers should cover the vaccine without cost sharing - Coverage of qualifying COVID-19 preventative services (which include the vaccine) - must be provided within 15 days after the recommendation is made - must be covered without cost sharing, regardless if the services were delivered by an in-network or out-of-network provider Employers should note that this is an “interim final rule,” and stay tuned to [our blog](https://blog.nisbenefits.com/) and we’ll update you if any changes occur.
