Here you can find FAQs and model notices. Employers may use the DOL [model notices](https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ebsa/laws-and-regulations/laws/cobra/premium-subsidy) to meet their notice obligations under the ARPA’s COBRA subsidy provisions. The [FAQs](https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/EBSA/about-ebsa/our-activities/resource-center/faqs/cobra-premium-assistance-under-arp.pdf) include topics such as eligibility, notice requirements, durations of subsidy, and application procedure. The ARPA provides a 100% subsidy for employer-sponsored group health insurance continued under COBRA and similar state continuation of coverage programs for eligible individuals. It applies from April 1 through September 30, 2021.
