After years of visiting clients and establishing positive relationships, Lance Pfarrer, really “gets it” when it comes to understanding what school districts and other local governmental organizations need. Now Lance is taking his 20+ years of insurance and customer service knowledge to the next level as the Account Representative Manager at National Insurance Services (NIS). Lance will manage the Insured Product and Retirement Income Account Representatives team. His goal is to continually assess and seek ways to enhance the NIS customer experience. Lance is a licensed insurance agent, has a Group Benefits Disability Specialist designation (GBDS), and is a Certified Patient Protections and Affordable Care Act Professional (NAHU).
