The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has released guidance for employers about sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) discrimination. The guidance aims to help employers comply with Title VII’s prohibition against SOGI discrimination.
The EEOC’s new resources include a webpage, fact sheet, and technical assistance document. It also contains links to existing EEOC publications on related topics.
