Recent statistics from the U.S. Department of Education show that overall federal budget for education isn’t being equally disbursed among the states. K-12 federal funding has increased slightly since President Trump has been in office. Also Title I and Title II grants for disadvantaged students is set to decline in several states as well.
According to Education Week, the statistics look at changes in state-by-state funding between fiscal 2017 to fiscal 2019.
