Summer often disrupts healthy sleep. Longer days, warmer nights, travel, and changing routines can make it harder to fall and stay asleep—just when consistent rest is vital for mental well-being. Consider these tips for better summer sleep: - **Keep a consistent sleep schedule.** Even with vacations and later sunsets, aim to go to bed and wake up within the same one-hour window each day to support deeper sleep and a steadier mood. - **Manage evening light exposure.** Longer daylight can delay melatonin, making it harder to fall asleep.
