Electronic Posting of Labor Law Notices

electronic labor laws posting

1 minute read

Employers are required to provide their employees information about their rights regarding several Federal Labor laws. These include:

  • The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • The Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA)
  • The Service Contract Act (SCA)

As more employees have moved to working remotely during the pandemic, the Department of Labor has issued guidance about how to post these notices electronically to satisfy the current requirements.
