National Insurance Services (NIS) is proud to announce that Aaron Casper, Employee Benefits Consultant and Eden Prairie School Board Chair, has been named to the All-State School Board, the highest recognition awarded by the Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA).

The All-State School Board honor is reserved for a select group of school board members who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, and dedication to advancing education in their communities. This recognition underscores Aaron’s unwavering commitment to public education and his ability to lead with integrity and purpose.

Aaron has served on the Eden Prairie School Board for six years, holding key leadership roles as vice-chair and treasurer before becoming board chair. Throughout his tenure, he has championed initiatives that prioritize student success, strengthen community engagement, and support educators. His work reflects a belief that strong schools build strong communities.

Aaron will be honored during the 2026 MSBA Leadership Conference Recognition Banquet on Wednesday, January 14, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This annual event brings together education leaders from across Minnesota to celebrate excellence and share strategies for shaping the future of public education.

Aaron’s dedication to service doesn’t stop at the school board. In his role at NIS, he works closely with public sector employers to navigate compliance, integrate benefits, and manage health insurance and early retiree programs. His expertise helps school districts and municipalities deliver sustainable, high-quality benefits to their employees, another way he contributes to the well-being of communities.

We couldn’t be prouder to have Aaron on our team. His leadership, both in education and in employee benefits, exemplifies the values we hold dear at NIS: service, integrity, and community impact. Congratulations, Aaron, on this well-deserved honor!
